Eligible individuals must meet one of the following criteria:
1.) Individuals 65 years of age or older; or
2.) Reside in a long-term care facility; or
3.) Individuals 50 - 64 years of age with underlying medical conditions such as chronic lung disease, diabetes and lung disease; or
4.) Individuals 18 years of age and older with high exposure to the virus due to where they work or live such as healthcare workers and people in shelters or correctional facilities; or
5.) People 18-49 with underlying medical conditions.
