Pattonville Fire Protection District is accepting applications for the position of Firefighter-Paramedic. All interested applicants MUST COMPLETE an employment application form which may be picked up from the Pattonville Fire Protection District Headquarters, 13900 St. Charles Rock Road, Bridgeton, Missouri, 63044. Applications will only be issued and accepted from Monday through Friday, November 8th through November 19th, 2021, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

All individuals submitting an application must also submit the following:

1. Proof of a valid Driver’s License.

2. A copy of your High School diploma or equivalency.

3. A résumé.

4. A current Missouri Department of Health Ambulance Personnel License at the EMT-P level.

   • Due to the pandemic, we will accept applications from paramedic students currently enrolled in paramedic programs that have been unable to complete their clinical hours in 2021. No offer of employment will be made without a current certification of EMT-P by the State of Missouri.

5. A copy of a current CPAT (Candidate Physical Ability Test) card.

6. A copy of Professional Firefighter I and II certification from the Greater St. Louis County Fire Academy or Greater St. Louis County Fire Standards Commission.

Upon the request of the Pattonville Fire District and prior to an offer of employment being made, selected applicant(s) will be required to provide a criminal background investigation conducted by St. Louis County Police, and provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
